  First release: links between conversations, modelled on Redmine's issue relations. Needs FreeScout 1.8.245 or
  later and no other module. It adds three tables of its own and writes nothing to FreeScout's tables apart from
  timeline entries and each mailbox's setting for hidden conversations. Out of the box only conversations in the
  same mailbox can be linked.

  Added

  • Link conversations as related, duplicates, blocks, precedes or copied, from a box in the conversation sidebar.
  • A conversation blocked by an open one can't be closed; admins may override, or the setting can be relaxed to a warning.
  • Closing a conversation closes its open duplicates.
  • Link groups decide which mailboxes may link on installations shared by several customers; conversations an agent may not open show redacted.
  • Clone, New Conversation from a thread and Forward create links automatically; merges keep links on the remaining conversation.
  • Link and blocked badges in conversation lists, and search filters for linked, blocked and relation type.
  • Settings page under Manage → Settings → Relations, with a grid showing which mailboxes may link.
  • Guides for agents and admins, and a how-it-works page, in plain words with screenshots.
